LPT if you travel, bring some electrical tape to cover the LED lights that may make it hard for you to sleep. Strange rooms often have lights that you may not be used to, if you can stand them at all. Electrical tape is opaque enough to block the light, but not sticky enough to damage what you're taping it onto if you remove it after a few days. A roll of electrical tape is pretty small and easy enough to bring along and you don't have to have scissors to cut it with. I usually bring some scissors myself though.

Same here. I didn't even notice any lights in the room, and I sleep through sunrise every day at home with no black out curtains.
I'm glad I'm not too sensitive to sleep!
