I’m actually finally taking a vacation next week. Im a truck driver. It’s more a “staycation”, but I have plans to do things I enjoy and rest and stuff to make me happy.
I’ve done some searching on the subject, but can only find white collar solutions relating to email and computer work which isn’t me.
Looking for tips on not worrying about who’s covering my route, or if my truck is being used, or anything about my yard or what’s happening there. I tend to overthink a lot, and I want to actually be able to enjoy this time off and reset myself properly with my family.
This could apply to other blue collar jobs too like construction or warehouse work.
Thanks
