Post Body
Walking for an hour or two helps the animal, helps you and helps a nonprofit! You get great exercise, especially the dog likes to run, and you get all the good vibes from helping out. Knowing that an animal may be relying on you can be a motivating factor in consistently doing it. I've been walking for nearly two hours straight a night doing this.
