LPT: Type the website name before your first name when creating online accounts so you know who leaked your data.

If you type the company/website name as part of your first name when filling out forms online you will be able to tell who leaked your data when you get marketing to that name.
Edit: so, what if you catch a company using your data in a way you’re not happy with? Delete your account, stop buying from them, leave reviews warning others, set up email blockers with that company name (since emails will be have it in the address), and stamp mail “not at this address”.
