So about 8 days ago (11/27/17) i started playing the game. Got in created a character am running around figuring out the game all is well. Then the game crashes no big deal, i relaunch the game and this is where the problems begin.

Launch the launcher and i need to download an update no big deal. .96mb left and i am thinking awesome will be done any second, 30 minuts later nothing. so i restart the launcher same thing happens. so i delete all the game files and reboot my computer go to the web site and get a completely new and clean install and am finally able to get back into the game with one problem. My character is gone but wait it showed up on the launcher? So i do what any logical person would do and completely rage out for a few minutes then submit a support ticket including screen shots, crash dump files, my DxDiag, and 3 other i think they were server logs. Then i waited, and waited, and waited. Still nothing. I understand they are probably really busy but is it unreasonable to want to be updated every few days or so? Maybe just something saying "Hey we know you are having some issues but we are busy so give us some time."
