Life Insurance Claim
Post Body
Hello, so my mom passed and I didn’t realize she had life insurance this whole and she was 20 months in out the 24 requirement to be within the contestability phase. She had a small term life policy of 50K. She died of natural causes and had really no prior health issues other than mild asthma that she mentioned on her application. My question is are most companies strict on paying the policy out of under 2 years?
