I suspect my wife who I have been with for 15 years is a narcissist. Unfortunately it took me an extremely long time to realise (see my other posts)

This week came her discard as we have been having some issues that I have addressed to her but she didn’t like me confronting her - essentially I addressed the way she treats me.

She then ended things forever and I have since gone no contact - I am done I cannot do it anymore.

She is slowly creeping in by text message (we have kids and only communicate about their needs) and starting the hoovering! I think she knows I’ve sussed her out

If I don’t respond and formally end things with her and serve her divorce papers what can I truely expect from her moving forward.

How bad will things get before they get better?
