I have a bit of an eating problem. It consists of leaving school, stopping at a shop on the way, getting a bunch of snacks and eating them all the same day. It's practically an addiction at this point and I do it everyday. Well, it's 2018 now and I haven't done it today, mostly becouse we had some leftover stuff from new year's eve. So I vacuumed all those instead. But I don't want to give in tomorrow. I know it's ultimately up to me, but that is really difficult especially with how emotionally draining everyday seems to be (Getting over a crush, friend drama, stupid things like that). I feel like I have those somewhat under control though, so my biggest problem is just not going into the shops on my way. That's what I'm asking for. How could I make stopping myself a bit easier?
