So i have a decent job as a General Manager in hospitality but for 2-3 years now I've been mentally deteriorating due to the demands and the pressure of maintaining a growing business.
I managed to find something with less commuting in April but I feel so trapped in life. If I don't earn the same salary(which i can never find outside of hospitality) I fear my life gos upside down and I won't be able to afford rent or bills and then ill have to give up my dogs etc.
I'm thinking about stepping down on a lower salary so I don't have as much pressure but everyone always says never step down once you've reached a level.
