My girlfriend and I bought a German shepherd 2 months ago and she’s been a blast. First week was rough but we got in a groove and made it all work and now we’re happy. The problem is that sometimes our dog seems sad when coming home and not playing with anyone cause my girlfriends family has a dog she plays with, and I’ve grown up with multiple dogs and they always enjoy each other. We are thinking of getting another German shepherd so we have 2 and our first dog has a best friend and someone to play with all the time. Is it a good idea though?
