I (36M) travel a lot for my job. I can’t seem to find anyone to date. What can I do to improve my situation?

Post Body

I’m 36 years old and travel a lot for my job. It’s created so many problems for dating. I’m only in a city for about a week until I’m back home for a week or two and then to the next city for another week.

Women at home seem to get annoyed and my lack of availability, and women on the road don’t seem to want to bother because I’m only in town for a short time.

I know that my job is causing the problem for me and the solution for this problem is to move to something else, but I do in fact love my job. If I can stick with this for a few years, I’m set for life and then can sit back and won’t have to travel as much.

I’ve decided that realistically I should not expect to meet a long term partner until then. But for now, I’d really love some short term companionship. And yeah to be honest, I haven’t been laid since COVID and would love that too.

How do I get around my travel and availability issues for the time being? How in the world do I get around this issue? Anyone have any advice?
