Im a little late to get help with past family trauma, feeling its hopeless to continue, afraid of homeless shelter i think

Idk what to expect, i learned infancy continues throughout life, learning something new" like a baby learns first words, or use the toilet. Learning how to rise from rock bottom after early age trauma reminds me of horrible family experiences, such like maybe my dad was shot, or i came from another country w/out a parent to be father/motherless, in the u.s. like a joke to someone. But i remember shootings, and finding narcotics, and i suffered permanent injury...no family left that doesn't treat me poorly
