I've done playthroughs focusing on the three main damage stats, but now I'm considering a build that goes for Motivity and Technique both. I'm making this playthrough from the ground up, no NG , and I really wanted to come here hoping for info on how viable it is for a fresh playthrough, and what weapons I can obtain early game that are good for it?

I don't really care for super meta weapons or anything like that, I just want to know what weapons are generally usable is all. Thanks in advance for the info!
