Interface Changes
    Notifications are now set in one place
    Notification display improvements
    New option to hide notifications
        Small icon appears when a notification occurs; click it to view old notifications
    Reduce notifications for some things (too spammy)   
    Notification record now includes date of notifications
    Notifications now last longer

    Input menu now starts on the side, instead of following the last clicked tile
    Labled input menu
    You can also click on effect names in the input menu to see all tiles with that effect

    Changed "season and action" to less confusing "Main Menu"
    Labled zoom option
    Removed superflous info from main menu

Tutorial    
    Added more notifications to explain more about game
    Tutorial also highlights the map sometimes to show effects

Bugs    
    Fixed bug that prevented building barracks if all farms were optionally reserved
Mobile UI
    Slight improvement to main menu and display
    Changed warning to mobile users to encourage them to learn how to play on desktop
