Happy Friday!
Waterz here again. I'm posting again to see if anyone have done some training or heard about some decent training programs geared towards interacting with people who have mental health issues? At the library system I work at, we don't really have an extensive one and I know mental health is a really broad topic but I was talking with my boss a while back and we agreed that we could expand our knowledge on mental health, I feel it would help my colleagues be better prepared and more aware in terms of interacting with them or being prepared for any situation that may arise. If anyone has any good training recommendations it would be greatly appreciated!
