Post Body
Has anyone else here watched this and have an initial strange visceral reaction to this statement by John Ellis and subsequent intellectual moment of outrage when that he didn't discuss the philosophical background that Jefferson drew these words from. He simply called them "abstract". I read Ellis' book "Founding Brothers" and found it quite good so I was surprised by this commentary.
