Politics have always bothered me. However, I always thought that libertarianism offered major protections to freedom of expression. I always thought of truely fair treatment. In my head, if it applies to obscenity, porn, and sex, (which are often considered very profane ideas), then that proves the strength of the principles of those protections.
What I mean is, people mostly respect each other's opinions until someone starts sucking dick. I always though it was strange how people protect "civilized" work and ideas, but once you start getting weird (walk around naked, have an adult convention, do pornographic stuff, or have non-private sex) it suddenly becomes "wtf is wrong with you".
I dunno, a strong libertarianism government to me solves that. As long as no one is getting physically attacked, anybody can do mostly what they want.
Is my mental interpretation sane, or have they started putting LSD in my water again?
I have this stupid idea, and it goes something like this "If somebody can play with somebody elses balls in front of a government building, and nobody seens to care, then the system is probably working."
