Is anyone having issues w their Libby app my wife told me last week hers wasn’t working it logged her out and since neither one of us have a physical copy of our library cards she was going to get in touch to get help but we are crazy busy . I noticed just now a hold I had in my libby app that was past the 2 weeks it was backed I tried to check my account and bam logged off and can’t log in since I don’t have my physical library card . Wouldn’t my app that’s been on my phone for over a year being used all the time know my card number some other way? Is there anyone else going thru the same issue as us
