Car won’t start. I went ahead and checked the battery and it has 17.6V. Last time it started the car, it sounded like it struggled to kick in right away. Also, just got an oil change at a dealership. Should I raise this as a concern? It’s likely unrelated but car was performing good until after the oil change. Anyone know what could be wrong? Is it the starter going bad?
