Fuel stabilizer??? Need advice!

Hi friends!
My Lexus es350 has been sitting for almost 6 months because i lost the key fob, Im getting a new key made tomorrow. Do i need to add fuel stabilizer? Do i need to worry about the old fuel that has been sitting in there? Im wanting to get all my crap in order with this vehicle and not sure what to expect since it hasn't moved in a minute.
Any advice is welcomed and appreciated!
