Buying a used ES 350, is the 2013 a lot better than 2010?

Hey.
Done a lot of research. Locked in on the ES 350, and these specific years. I know these are both highly regarded years in different generations.
Don’t have a ton of money, but I do like the extra tech, styling and mpg in the 2013 (24.3 combined mpg vs. 22.0 mpg combined on fuelly).
Similar 2013 will cost 2-3k more, is it worth it?
