Is this a fair deal on an ‘06 is350

This is an ‘06 is350 with 131k miles with a clean title and no mechanical issues. The seller got it from a CARFAX auction. He was originally selling it for $9,425 but I got him to lower it to $8400. I’m not sure if this is a fair deal. I feel like waiting but this is probably the best deal I’ve found lol. Should I wait ir is this a fair deal?
