Is the 1st gen 450h (2010-2012) AWD system better in snow than the 400h AWD in snow ? I've heard the 400h is a poor performer in some scenarios.

I know a lot of it comes down to tires - but assuming both of these cars have the same good set of all weather tires (say the Michelin Cross Climate 2s or even full snow tires) - is the 450h AWD system more capable on snowy roads?
