Good buy or pass!!

Need some opinions here....local dealership has 2011 Lexus LS 460 for sale. $7500. Everything works...cold ac, smooth and very powerful on test drive. No weird noises, stereo works and sounds amazing. Sunroof no leaks. Interior needs work but an upholstery shop can repair. Great tires. Just really high miles at 193k. Think it's a steal or pass on this one? I do plan on taking it for inspection at a dealership though. Just looking for other Lexus owner opinion because this will be my first Lexus.
