Family of 5 and I love the 460 L

We already have a large SUV and I still have a truck (old faithful) ...I have fallen in love with the 460 L. What are thoughts on space for a family this size. , 3 kids 12, 8 and 3? I am a motor head so I know and love the reliability and class of the lexus. Also, what would be a good price range and year to purchase for this model?
