I'm looking for a 45-70 that will do well in brush and around water.

I live in Alaska and want a great caliber for moose and bear at closer ranges. It will usually be in a boat or around water going through thick brush. I am being picky with only wanting stainless. I could do with a cerakoted barrel but I can't find any. Any good recommendations on a rifle that fits these criteria?
