The way Jonesy and Reilly brought the team together brought tears to her eyes. Yes all the Shoresy skating made her laugh, but the real growth of "our hometown himbos" to lead a championship team was touching for her. She was crying genuine tears of pride at the end of that episode.

Then, the denouement. The texts from inquiring minds. The looks of absolute joy on their faces turning to ash...

See, she had been thinking "why don't they cut? This is a perfect way to end the episode." And then we find out Shoresy is actually fucking their moms...Just, wow. Her face in that moment will be with me until the end of time. That 0-to-60-in-two-seconds-running-over-a-pedestrian ending has left her still wheezing nearly an hour later. We needed to give her a COVID test to make sure she isn't just suffering from COVID-lungs making t hard to breathe...but it was actually just that shocking.

It was perfect.
