Finally, black women are breaking the most watched actresses list! I hope to see even more talented black actresses in major films in 2024. i’m also pleased to see a couple of “older” actresses in this list since they’re very underappreciated. But to answer my actual question, I’m hoping to see more of Myha’la Herrold because she absolutely shone in Black Mirror, Leave the World Behind and Bodies^3. I’m also interested in Stephanie Hsu’s career. I love what theatre actors bring to the screen and obviously she was a show stopper in Everything Everywhere All At Once. Other honourable mentions: Ayo Edibiri and Teyonah Parris
