Anyone here use IEMs (in-ear monitors)? [X-post from /r/Electronicmusic]
Post Body

Hey all,

I'm looking to purchase some IEMs (in-ear monitors), which will be my first pair. I've been looking through a bunch of different models from different companies but am having trouble deciding on one. Although my musical tastes are diverse, I mostly listen to techno and minimal house. I thought I wanted a balanced and neutral output but after trying one out I felt a lack in bass. I was wondering if anyone here uses any IEMs and could recommend some that would work well with the type of music I listen to. Obviously I'm completely new to all this, and have already checked in with /r/headphones, but I thought I'd also check in with you guys to get your advice as Im sure there are some audiophiles here.

Here are some models I'm considering - Earsonics SM64, Mee Pinnacle P1, Shure SE535s, Heir Audio 3.Ai, RHA MA750, Westone 3, and TDK BA200

Thanks!
