Hey, I'm a nineteen y/o young man who goes to a small liberal arts college and who was brought up in a small, rather conservative suburb. Truth be told, I'm not really sexually experienced and am having trouble becoming so.

There's not too much to do around town, so most people either drink or have sex with each other (and occasionally study). I myself can't drink (medicine, bleh) and am interested in hooking up with some of the girls that go here. I don't have any trouble talking with women, and I've gotten myself out there through a few student clubs and even joined a fraternity.

The problem is essentially this: I have literally no idea how to initiate this sort of thing. So, how does one do it?

TL;DR: How do I (properly) initiate hooking up with someone? Or even know if they're trying to with me (maybe it's not obvious, I don't know)?
