Apparently my girlfriend and I look very similar. I donāt see it. Weāre both just brown, average-height chicks that dress like theyāre from 2005. But weāre together all the time (our teachers, families etc. know us as āinseparable best friendsā), in all the same classes and have similar hobbies. Because of this we get compared constantly. I was a straight trans guy for many years and recently detransitioned because of societal pressure and always heard āoh you should be more like ___ ā, which, like, fine. Okay. Whatever. But now that Iām a woman Iāve started comparing myself to her on my own constantly? Now I feel like sheās just the hotter, skinnier version of me thatās better than me in every way. I didnāt mind at first, but the jealousyās only getting worse and Iām afraid itāll cause some resentment down the line. Weāve been together over a year though. Any tips? š¤·āāļøš¤·āāļø
