Does anyone's girlfriend have things you aren't allowed to say or do?

My girlfriend and I have been dating for sixth months, and she's told me not to say some words because they sound weird in my voice, and tonight I was tired and we were on call, and I do a little bit of a baby voice when I'm tired, and she told me it gives her the ick and I'm not allowed to do that. Is this weird? A red flag? She's not controlling, like at all, it's just these things that pop up randomly and it makes me feel sad but I don't know if I'm just overreacting. Any advice?
