I blued out messages that I considered irrelevant to the conversation thread I’m trying to highlight since we’re responding to multiple things at once.
TLDR; What’s confusing to me is that: the video link he sent me was to point out that I have some sort of pride and lack of humility at the root of my gayness -> I said this is exactly the harmful stuff you said to me when I was going through my mental health struggle -> he says I’m sorry I didn’t understand you and by the way I’m sorry for not spending more time with you as a kid -> I say now is a chance for you to understand me please take that chance and put aside the dogma -> and he says Christianity has been proven as an effective foundation for societies.
Hello?? 😠did I respond to his apology appropriately? Why did his last response seem so weird and random and cold?
