me and my gf just broke up

this is the first time I have ever broken up with someone and I can’t help but think I’m making a mistake. I feel sick. But I was feeling sick and anxious and sad before this as well. I feel like I did the best thing for both of us even though neither one of us wanted to break up. I’m fighting the urge to reach out to her because I want to give her space. I feel so alone now and I miss her like crazy. Any kind words are welcome.
