Hey im new to both this subreddit and reptile owning, I have a few questions about my baby leopard gecko if that's alright with you guys and gals

1. What precautions should I take to make sure it doesn't get sick
2. My gecko has been having tiny poops with white stuff attached to it, is this normal. And I haven't seen it pee in a while
3. I don't have a light fixture for it but I do have a heat pad underneath
4. What should I give to the feeder crickets and is it a good idea to clean their bin
5. My gecko always runs when I walk by so its hard to feed it, should I be concerned that its not eating

Sorry for all the questions these are all the my concerns about my little Sunni, I want to take all the precautions to make sure it and I (I don't know the gender) have a long time together. Thank you for all of your help.
