Think my gecko is a girl but I’ve never seen her lay eggs

I’ve had her for years and just changed up her tank and up until today thoight she was a he. Looked under by the tail and didn’t see any of the pores that identify males. I’d just assume she’s female but I’ve never once seen an egg in the tank in over 14 years
