Had an issue with my LEGION 7 15IMH05H RTX 2080 super.
It had to be sent in for service. It came back with a damaged screen.
It sat for nearly almost two months waiting for a back ordered part.
Long story short, they replaced the laptop with Legion Pro 7i with RTX 4080.
A bit frustrated that it took a long time and that they refused to do the in home repairs and made me send it to the depot.
I’m happy it got replaced finally but the warranty definitely can take sometime…I just needed a laptop for work ASAP so it was a bit of a pain point and had to purchase another to do my work.
Just frustrating but they made it right in the end?
Should note it could take a month to get according the rep who ordered the replacement. So might take three months total…
