Weird lenovo legion spots

Hey guys, just opened up my laptop to clean the fans and I saw these weird spots who seem and feel a little oily to the touch. What could these be and should I be worried? I don’t think I can send it in warranty because I opened the laptop and saw this issue so I couldn’t just tell them to look inside because I saw some weird spots.
