Hey all, so I’m in the market for a gaming laptop ideally for Black Friday. While of course I want a top tier, I realize that may not be the case. I realize both lines have a whole bunch of options for internals.
I’m in the Canadian market, looking to hold long term. Gaming, browsing, everyday fun really.
My question is, how does the LOQ compare to a Legion Pro? I specify pro as the slim convenience factor doesn’t matter much, and I would think there’s less heat dissipation.
How do they compare for build quality, fan noise, durability, screen, convenience like with ports, heat level and dissipation? I do like how you can build one too. The LOQ looks great for the value, but I worry about the build quality.
I’m heavily leaning towards an Asus because it appears like you’re getting a lot of bang for your buck compared to the Lenovo side. Maybe Black Friday will say otherwise.
Do any of you have a recommended minimum? Like i9 or R9. 4060 or above? And lastly, minimum RAM or if upgradeable what to aim for?
