I know CPU's are supposed to go upto 95c to provide max turbo boost and then thermal throttle if it goes above that to maintain as much performance as possible.

My question really is, are random spikes of 100c normal during intensive loads, for the post part it averages slightly under 95c on CPU intensive games, or workloads? (11400H)

And my GPU averages around 75c-85c however I do sometimes get hotspots of 90c at random times. (3060).?

I do elevate the laptop, the fans are cleaned on a regular basis. I do not think I should have to repaste the laptop after 18 months when these Honeywell pads should last for a few years. Do others experience the same?
