Hello! I recently bought a Lenovo 5 Pro with i7-12700h and RTX 3070ti. I started using it today and I’m seeing this problem where after I use the laptop for about 20-30 minutes the screen completely freezes and I am unable to do anything. I can’t even change the RGB lighting profile. The only way I am able to use the laptop again normally is by turning off the laptop using the power button and turning the laptop back on, which after about another couple of minutes freezes again.

I looked up solutions on the internet but wasn’t able to find anything useful. I’ve tried updating the Nvidia graphics driver. I’ve installed a BIOS update. I’ve checked for windows update. Nothing seems to help. Currently I’m running a factory reset and I’m at the part where the windows version is being updated. It says ‘This might take a few minutes. Don’t turn off your PC.’ and has been stuck like that for a while. At this point I’m not sure if the screen is frozen or my laptop is still trying to update windows.
