Thinkpad E14 Gen 3 (AMD) good machine?

I’m close to pulling the trigger on a thinkpad e14 Gen 3 AMD on the Lenovo outlet website.

Anyone have experience with this model? First time Lenovo buyer here!

Specs: AMD Ryzen 7 5700U processor

Windows 11 (heard there might be issues if I want to install Linux in stead of windows 11)

8GB soldered in RAM 16 SoDIMM

512GB SSD

14” FHD (1920x1080) IPS 300nits anti-glare with 720p camera

Refurbished for around 500 bucks.

Thoughts on this device? Will be using for light/moderate coding, and regular stuff. Also going to throw Ubuntu on it instead of windows 11.
