Lenovo M10 HD (2nd gen) performance issues l?

I got my little brother a new tablet, (the one in the title). I got the version 4/64. He used to have a MLS (greek company) tablet with Helios p22 3/32. The problem is the Lenovo one is running games (like Call of duty mobile) slower than his previous one! Even though it has almost the same processor and more ram! Any idea what my be the problem?
