Lenovo tries to charge me for repairs under warranty?
Post Body

Alright so I own a Legion Y540. I bought it back in March 2021. It comes with a warranty that covers everything. Now, fast forward a few months. Everything was fine and dandy until now, the charger is unable to stay in. I kept having to wiggle it around to even be able keep it charging, safe to say it was not the best situation. No worries I said to myself, (Yes worries). So I filed an eticket and sent the computer off. Fast forward about 8 business days. I get an email. Turns out they want 987 dollars and they called it and I quote “a limited warranty”. So of course as a rational human would do I called support. They kept me on hold and just some chit chat goes by and they say “They’re going to get in touch with the guy doing the repairs and ask him whats going on.” It’s gunna take 2 business days. I have legion premier support I think it was called. Has anyone else been did dirty like this. It’s going to cost about as much as it would to buy the computer brand new.
