At This Point I Should Just Ask for It Back Probably

I have issues with the USC C port and most of the other USB ports on my Lenovo desktop. Due to the coronavirus they wouldn't send a technician to me. Well it took them 3 tries to send me the correct box to ship...and two days after it arrived...they claim they don't have the part to fix it and will keep it until they get it.
Wow. At this point is it worth waiting for them to "find" the part or just tell them to ship it back?
