Refurbished Lenovo I can't get into

I just bought a refurbished T590 of Amazon. All I want to do is be able to use the laptop it's asking me for a work or school email. Neither of which I have. It's through Truist. Its pretty annoying I can't even use a laptop, fucking Microsoft and their BS. I try another way to login and it asks me for some kind of USB chip. I've tried factory reset and it asks me for it again, what can I do. I just want to use the laptop I paid for. It doesn't give me an option not to connect to the internet to bypass this stuff either. Please help me
