Hello,

Can anyone assist as to what I can do as far as getting my friends tablet up and running properly. Basically, my friend let somebody else try and reset their Lenovo M10 tablet to where it was free of any Google lock and back to factory settings and I've noticed that even after doing a hard reset and wiping it that the "Home / Vision Settings" page isn't default blue like every video I've watched containing this exact model. The landing page is white as shown with the picture shown attached.

I've attempted every bypass provided and of course since the factory reset doesn't restore to the original firmware... the methods of bypassing the Google locks aren't effective and im puzzled. Im pretty confident whoever messed with the tablet took additional steps to prevent a proper restoration. I can't even access developer settings to boot from ADB... can anyone assist please?
