brand new Ideapad flex 5 with the screen going black for a second
Post Body

Hi! Can you help me figure out something (I know I'll have to contact them but it's late and I figured maybe in the meantime someone here could provide informations about what is going on). Last summer, I bought a ideapad flex 5 and honnestly it's an okay computer. In the first 2 months, I experienced the screen going black randomly. Tonight, it did that 3 times as it was plug. I don't see the paterns, I don't know why it does that, I use my computer to do school stuff and sometimes play heartstone, that's about it. The screen goes black and like it comes back, it can take a few seconds. The other day, last week, I had to do a windows update, everything seems fine but when, the day after, I started the computer, there was a freaky looking message saying battery failure plug the computer, I thought the battery might be dead so that's why so I very quickly plugged it, the computer started like normal without me doing anything and the battery was actually full... Thanks for any replies !
