2 month delay in fixing system unreal on newer desktop

I had an issue with a newly purchased system after a bios upgrade essentially bricked my machine. Had the legion ultimate support and they sent a box and I sent it back. Nearly 2 months ago. They charged me for parts and claiming long delays getting parts to fix. But seriously 2 months? Don’t they make the machines and should have pretty good access to them? Spent good money on it so waiting it out still cannot say I’m impressed.
