Legion 7 Laptop Performance Issue

Hi, guys I really don't know what to do - looking for a creative idea to figure out what could be causing this.

I have a Legion 7 with an Nvidia 3080 - while Maya, After Effects, etc. work great, the browsing experience has become terrible in the last three weeks.

YouTube, Gmail, Calendar, and even Reddit occasionally load slowly after a few surfs on each tab.

Unfortunately, I even reinstalled Windows, but the problem remains. Also, I did an update to the bios a few weeks ago - could this be related?
